the jamieson digital archive 

Andrew Jamieson has been hand painting coats of arms for 43 years. Whilst he photographed many of the original images they were of poor quality due to the technologies of the time. Some were covered in copyright notices to stop art theft in 2012. With the advent of more advanced digital and AI partners he is now able to revisit these works which are in all kinds of formats and digitise them. In some cases they needed enhancing due to original poor quality photographs and scans. The Jamieson Digital Archive is an on going project whereby Andrew Jamieson will re-purpose his old images digitally and add them to this page. For the sake of artist client confidentiality the images are not named.
